<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase transportation efficiency of an emulsion for a cationic electrodeposition coating material and to significantly reduce a transportation cost.SOLUTION: A production method of an emulsion for a cationic electrodeposition coating material at an emulsification site is provided, which comprises synthesizing a base resin for a cationic electrodeposition coating material, taking out the resin in a liquid state from a reaction vessel, converting the liquid into a solid state, regulating the resin into an appropriate particle diameter as required, and emulsifying the resin by adding water, and if necessary, a solvent, a neutralizer, a curing agent or an additive at an emulsification site. A transportation method of a base resin for a cationic electrodeposition coating material is provided, which comprises taking out a base resin for a cationic electrodeposition coating material in a liquid state from a reaction vessel, then converting the liquid into a solid state, regulating the resin into an appropriate particle diameter as required; and transporting the resin.</p> |
