<p>A backlight serving as a lighting device has an LED substrate (52) with a primary surface (52a) and multiple light source units (21p, 21q, 21r). Each light source unit has a light guide plate (22) for guiding light toward the front of the primary surface (52a) and fixing pins (31) that are provided on the light guide plate (22) and affix the light guide plate (22) to the LED substrate (52). The multiple light source units (21p, 21q, 21r) are arranged planarly on the primary surface (52a) such that the fixing pins (31) of a single light source unit (21) (for example, light source unit 21p) are covered by the light guide plate (22) of an adjoining light source unit (21) (for example, light source unit 21q). The light guide plate (22) is provided to be able to pivot relative to the LED substrate (52) around the fixing pins (31). Due to said configuration, a lighting device with excellent workability when the components of a light source unit are replaced can be provided.</p> |
