Disclosed is a heel test block, comprising a semi-cylinder (1), a first flat plate (2), and a second flat plate (3). Side surfaces of the semi-cylinder (1) comprise a circular arc surface and a first plane, wherein the first flat plate (2) and the second flat plate (3) are provided on one side of the first plane, the thickness of various parts of the first flat plate (2) are the same and the thickness of various parts of the second flat plate (3) are the same, the first flat plate (2) and the second flat plate (3) are both provided to be parallel with the first plane, the first flat plate (2) and the second flat plate (3) are provided on two sides of the generatrix of the semi-cylinder (1), and the thickness of the first flat plate (2) is smaller than that of the second flat plate (3). The heel test block has a simple structure and is capable of calibrating angles, sound velocity and zero points of forged pieces with a circumferentially inclined curved detection surface. By utilizing the proportion of an instrument calibrated by the heel reference test block, the aim of correct calibration of the instrument is achieved, and ultrasonic defect location and flaw detection of the forged pieces with the curved surface is facilitated. |
