Product for disinfestation (1) comprising at least a floating body (2) and at least an external coating (6) which extends on at least a portion of the outer surface (3) of the floating body (2), wherein the external coating (6) comprises at least a gradually dissolving water-soluble conglomerate (4) mixed with at least an active ingredient (5), where the floating body (2) comprises at least a central core (2) having a closed-cell honeycomb structure and the said conglomerate (4) comprises at least a binding material, having at least a hydraulic binder and at least an aerial binder, and at least an adsorbent substance able to retain the active ingredient.
