<p>Abstract A gaming system is disclosed which comprises a first game region comprising a plurality of game portions, and a 5 second game region contiguous with each of the game portions. The second game region comprises a plurality of directing devices, with each directing device being selectively individually controllable so that a marker disposed in the second game region is directable into any 10 game portion of the first region by one or more of the directing devices.
