摘要 <p>The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and specifically to the production of bushings for a lever-operated braking system for rail-borne passenger or cargo transport, including metropolitan transport cars which operate without the use of a lubricant. The technical result consists in increasing the service life of the bushing, increasing the stability of the coefficient of friction, increasing the tensile strength, and maintaining impact toughness whilst at the same time maintaining a low coefficient of friction and a set level of compression strength. The technical result is achieved in that the bushing of the lever-operated braking system for rail-borne transport is formed from a composite polymeric antifriction material on the basis of polyamide containing, as fibrous filler, a carbon fibre or a mixture of a carbon fibre with a glass fibre. Furthermore, the composite polymeric antifriction material additionally comprises randomly arranged carbon nanotubes in the form of graphite planes which are convoluted to form a tube and have a single-layered form, a multi-layered form or a form nested one inside the other. As the base, the composite polymeric antifriction material additionally comprises a mixture of polyamide with polyethylene caproamide.</p>
