The present invention relates to a polymer battery cell, which can have capacity increased by effectively utilizing a space through efficient arrangement of a protection circuit device and can effectively protect the protection circuit device from an external environment, and to an electronic apparatus including the same. The polymer battery cell includes: an electrode body including a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, and a separator interposed between the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate; a cell tab including a positive electrode tab which is joined with the positive electrode and is extended to protrude, and a negative electrode tab which is joined with the negative electrode and is extended to protrude; a battery protection circuit modules which is electrically connected to the cell tab; and, moreover, a pouch which accommodates the electrode body, the cell tab, and the battery protection circuit module therein, and is made of a flexible material.
