PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible, more lightweight and novel composite self-supported film, and a solar cell.SOLUTION: A solar cell sheet 11 includes a structure holding layer 14, a semiconductor layer 12 formed on the structure holding layer 14, an electrolyte layer 16 existing on the semiconductor layer 12, and a light transmission conductive layer 18 existing on the electrolyte layer 16. A composite self-supported film 10 is flexible, and includes the flexible structure holding layer 14 containing a fibrous and/or nanotublar structural material, and the semiconductor layer 12 formed on the surface of the structure holding layer 14. The structure holding layer 14 may contain one or more structural materials including carbon nano-tube, carbon fiber, boron nitride nano-tube, boron nitride fiber and cellulose nanofiber. |
