<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring-shaped permanent magnet of which the mechanical strength is improved without reducing magnet properties, and a production method of the permanent magnet.SOLUTION: A magnet material is pulverized into magnet powder and the pulverized magnet powder and a binder are mixed, thereby producing a compound 12. A green sheet 14 is made by molding the produced compound 12 in a sheet shape. Then, magnetic field orientation is performed by applying a magnetic field to the molded green sheet 14, and a ring molding 31 is formed by deforming the green sheet 14 while considering a magnetic field orientation direction of the magnetic field orientated green sheet 14. A plurality of ring moldings 31 each having a ring shape are then arranged side by side in an axial direction and sintered while disposing a wire 2 between the plurality of ring moldings 31, thereby producing a ring-shaped permanent magnet 1 including the wire 2 therein.</p> |
