PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake occurrence time handling support system for supporting handling in an electric power company at the time when an earthquake occurs.SOLUTION: Earthquake occurrence time handling support means: notifies, by output means, that power supply to the user's house will be stopped, when vibration detection means detects vibration that satisfies a predetermined condition; and stops the power supply, when an indication notifying that the supply may be stopped is inputted by input means. Safety confirmation means confirms the safety of the user on the basis of a power consumption amount measured by power consumption amount measurement means, and presence or absence of input to the input means at the time when the output means notifies that the supply will be stopped.
