<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head, a data transfer device, a recording device using the device and a data transfer method which contributes to achievement of high-speed recording without bringing about cost increase while securing high-quality printed object.SOLUTION: A recording head which includes a plurality of recording elements and a shift register which inputs and stores recording data signals serially is configured as follows. That is, a first latch circuit which latches block selection data for selecting respective blocks for block time division driving among the data signals inputted to the shift register and a second latch circuit which latches recording data for driving the respective blocks are provided. Therein, a control circuit which controls updating of the recording data latched on the second latch circuit based by a control signal contained in the inputted data signal is also provided.</p> |
