PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous pressure casting method materializing high speed continuous casting capable of providing a cast metal excellent in a surface property without requiring much cost.SOLUTION: The continuous pressure casting method uses continuous casting equipment having: first sealing structure for cutting off a free surface of molten metal in a casing mold and outside air; second sealing structure for cutting off a cast metal up to a first roll just under the casting mold from just under the casting mold and the outside air; and third sealing structure for cutting off the first roll just under the casing mold and the outside air. The continuous pressure casting method comprises: a step of determining whether or not a casting speed is a predetermined value or more; and a step of pressurizing the third sealing structure or the first and third sealing structure under predetermined pressure by gas when the casting speed is a predetermined value or more.
