PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest position adjusting device capable of sufficiently protecting a head without complicating a structure and narrowing a vehicle cabin space.SOLUTION: A headrest position adjusting device 10 which adjusts a position of a headrest 46 on a vehicle seat 40 includes: seating posture estimation means 22 which estimates a seating posture of a seating person P based on information concerning a state in which the seating person P contacts with a seat back 44, obtained by detection means 15 installed in the seat back 44; head position determination means 24 which determines a head position in the seat width direction of the seating person P based on the seating posture estimated by the seating posture estimation means 22; and headrest movement means 30 which makes the headrest 46 move in the seat width direction to a proper position with respect to the head position determined by the head position determination means 24.
