PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display body which makes interpolation difficult, which shows more complicated and characteristic visual effects, which enables individual information to be recorded as a latent image, and which enables authenticity to be determined with ease.SOLUTION: A plurality of linear protrusions are formed on one surface of a base material. The height of the protrusion is changed to a height corresponding to an image to be displayed. The protrusion is formed by thermal transfer using a thermal head and a transfer ribbon having a release layer and an adhesion layer formed in order in a wound film. The protrusion is formed like a line directed in a direction orthogonal to an observation direction of the image to be displayed. |
