摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately generate vehicle deceleration that a user demands according to a traveling state when the deceleration increase requested by the user. <P>SOLUTION: In any traveling of: traveling in a parallel HEV traveling mode; traveling in the series HEV traveling mode; or traveling in the EV traveling mode, the vehicle deceleration (deceleration torque) corresponding to the deceleration increase request is finally, generated by the engine made in a state of the fuel cut, when the deceleration increase is requested by the user, the deceleration torque is made to act appropriately by the engine brake, even if the deceleration increase is requested by any traveling mode of: the parallel HEV traveling mode; the series HEV traveling mode; or the EV traveling mode.
