<p>Apparatus (1) for producing sacks from tubular parts (2) which (2) comprise woven fabrics made from stretched small plastic tapes and are composed of two material webs which lie above one another. At least the following devices are provided: a transport apparatus, by way of which the tubular parts (2) can be conveyed in a horizontal position in a transport direction (x) which extends transversely with respect to their direction (z) of extent, a base opening station (3), by way of which (3) an open base rectangle (5) can be produced at at least one end (5) of a tubular part (2) with the formation of corner tucks, a laying station (7), by way of which (7) the open base rectangle can be folded closed for closing the base, a base cover-sheet station (8), by way of which (8) a base cover sheet can be applied to the closed base. After passing one of the abovementioned stations, the open or closed base lies parallel to the plane which is fixed by the plane of the tubular part, wherein, at this point, at least one device is provided for monitoring the geometry of the open base rectangle, the corner tucks and/or the closed base and/or for monitoring the width of the sack.</p> |
