PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus equipped with a shrinkable transmission path in which the shrinkable transmission path is not caused to be displaced at a fixing part by contraction/expansion and bending which occur at a portion where the shrinkable transmission path is used, and the shrinkable transmission path is hard to be disconnected.SOLUTION: In the apparatus in which a shrinkable transmission path is fixed by a fixing bracket, the fixing bracket has a fixing surface whose cross section is circular, and the shrinkable transmission path contacts to the fixing surface by 50% or more in circumferential direction and by L/5(mm) or more in length direction (where, L(mm) is outside diameter when the shrinkable transmission path is relaxed), with an apparent cross section (S(mm)) at the fixing part of the shrinkable transmission path being in the range represented by the following formula. S×(1/√((100+a)/100)≥S≥0.5×S×(1/√((100+a)/100): where S(mm) is a shrinkable transmission path cross sectional area when relaxed, and a(%) is the maximum expansion rate of the shrinkable transmission path. |
