<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite produced by integrating a metal and a polylactic acid resin without using an adhesive, and to provide a method for producing the composite. <P>SOLUTION: A resin composition 4 essentially consists of polylactic acid as a resin component. The composite 7 of a metal part 1 and the resin composition 4 is produced by a method including the following processes: a surface treating process and a joining process. At the surface treating process, a surface of the metal part 1 is made into a surface covered with recessed parts with number average inner diameter of 10 to 80 nm. Then, at the joining process, the metal part 1 subjected to the surface treating process is inserted into injection molding dies 2, 3, the resin composition 4 is made to contain an additive having at least a crystal nucleating agent and then is injection-joined to an inserted metal part 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
