The objective of the present invention is to provide a method for managing a shoe manufacturing process using an image recognition system which can monitor coherence of dimensions of a pair of left shoe and right shoe, which are transported by being loaded on a transportation apparatus, in real-time by reading and recognizing the dimension of the shoes using an image recognition apparatus. The method for managing the shoe manufacturing process using the image recognition system proposed in the present invention includes the steps of: (a) loading and transporting the completed shoes on the transportation apparatus; and (b) reading the dimension of the shoes expressed in a text at one side of the shoes using the image recognition system installed in the left and right side of the transportation apparatus. The present invention can minimize work fault which can occur by that a worker checks the dimension with the naked eye every time, because the method of the present invention can know coherence of the dimension of the shoes in real-time which are transported by being loaded on the transportation apparatus such as a belt conveyor or a roller conveyor by the image recognition apparatus. And method of the present invention can be used for efficient process improvement because it is possible to know fault occurrence frequency information in each transportation apparatus in case the image recognition system of the present invention is installed on several transportation apparatuses. |
