an embossing die disposed opposite the polymer layer, a pressure application means that applies pressure to the embossing die and/or the substrate to force the embossing die and the polymer layer into contact with each other, and a magnetic field generating means that heats the polymer layer by generating a magnetic field to excite the magnetic nanoparticles (N), wherein the embossing die and the pressure application means are made from materials that do not respond thermally to a magnetic field. |
