After laser hardening cold treatment is performed to temperature of completion of the martensite transformation, and the laser tempering is made using continuous radiation of the multi-channel COlaser at modes ensuring steel heating in the hardening zone win temperature range A÷560°C, where Ais critical temperature at that austenite formation starts in steel: laser radiation power, P, during laser tempering is by 4÷5 times below then during laser hardening, beam scanning speed, ?, and radiation spot diameter, d, on the treated surface for the laser hardening and laser tempering is the same.EFFECT: higher strength.2 dwg |
