The present invention relates to a composition for coating a surface of a fabric including leather, a textile and synthetic leather, wherein the composition relates to a liquid composition for coating a surface of a fabric, which comprises: a polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane resin (TPU); a polymer resin for coating; and an ethylene glycol monoethyl ether (EC). According to the present invention, the invention shows excellent physical properties such as forming properties, elastic properties and embossing properties as well as improves miscibility between a liquefied TUP resin and a conventional resin for coating a surface, and enables an omission of work processes, thereby improving work efficiency.
