FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: plate is made of glass. It contains a steel base (2) with two through loading holes (1) in it. The end face of the steel base (2) is inserted and welded the surface (3) of the sliding connection made of wear-proof material. The cutting rings (4) are installed in two through loading holes (1) steel base (2) and fitted with openings. Grooves (5) are formed on internal circular surfaces of through loading holes (1). External ring surfaces of cutting rings (4) are fitted with the flanges (6) interfaced with the grooves (5). According to the invention the flange ring at one edge of each cutting ring (4) and hidden holes for placement of cutting rings (4) on the steel base (2) are avoided, and interaction of sealing grooves on the end face surface of the steel base (2) and hidden holes for placement of cutting rings on the steel base (2) is prevented. In the axial direction the central section plane of the cutting ring (4) is used as the symmetry plane, and a groove (5) and flanges (6) are symmetrised with reference to the symmetry plane so the cutting ring (4) can be used twice, with positive and negative surfaces.EFFECT: simplified assembly and disassembly.10 cl, 14 dwg |
