The present invention relates to a method for cultivating a shiitake mushroom using wooden needle mushroom spawn. More specifically, taking root in a growing medium is fast since shiitake mushroom spawn is cultivated firstly and secondly in advance. The method of the present invention can significantly reduce a culture period, puts vital power by supplying a nutrient contained in pyroligneous liquor to the growing medium, and can have a sterilization function by the pyroligneous liquor. |
