PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and small-sized gyro sensor having little influence by a mechanical parasitic vibration mode.SOLUTION: A gyro sensor includes: a hemispherical or bell-type sensing part 4 designed so as to be vibrated; an electrode holder 8 capable of exciting the sensing part 4, and holding an excitation/detection electrode 20 for detecting vibration of the sensing part 4; and a base 10 composed of a conductive support 16 for supporting the electrode holder 8 and of an insulation material. The base 10 is formed by accumulating a plurality of electric connection parts 34, 35, and the conductive support 16 is soldered onto the base 10. |
