PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of suppressing deterioration of performance and failure in operation of a distance measuring sensor.SOLUTION: When only one distance measuring sensor is used for a first specific performance, a peripheral control MPU at a peripheral control part on a peripheral control board controls a distance measuring sensor power ON/OFF circuit to intermittently supply power to the distance measuring sensor used for the first specific performance, on the basis of control commands from a main control board. Thus the distance measuring sensor can avoid a constant energization state because of continuous power supply and hence can improve its lifetime. Therefore, the game machine can suppress deterioration of performance and failure in operation of the distance measuring sensor. |
