The present invention relates to a carbon nanotube-graphene hybrid thin film, a producing method thereof and a transparent electrode and a field effect transistor comprising the same, wherein the carbon nanotube-graphene hybrid thin film that the carbon nanotubes are flatways arranged on the graphene film as the thin film including a plurality of carbon nanotubes deposited on the graphene film, has excellent transparency and surface resistance and can be produced by a simple process of spin coating or the like, thereby being useful in the fields as a transparent electrode and a field effect transistor or the like.
