According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a toluene combustion decomposition apparatus for combusting and decomposing toluene and for a high capacity treatment. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the toluene combustion decomposition apparatus comprises: a chamber making toluene fed from outside be combusted and decomposed by a microwave plasma; and a cap for collecting gas produced as the toluene is combusted and decomposed. Accordingly, the apparatus of the present invention can combust and decompose the toluene produced in a painting facility or the like through a plasma production apparatus, and reuse heat of combustion produced in a process in which the toluene is combusted and decomposed.
