The present invention relates to an electric grill and a method for producing the same. The electric grill comprises: an inclined unit (108) having an outer circumferential surface inclined at a predetermined angle; an upper plate (101) evenly connected to a lower end part of the inclined unit (108); and an electric resistance unit (103) having a predetermined height and formed at the lower surface of the upper plate (101). The electric resistance unit (103) transfers heat to the upper plate (101) by means of resistance when electricity is applied through an induction lens (300). The electric resistance unit (103) is formed of iron (Fe), and the part excluding the electric resistance unit (103) is produced by using aluminum (Al) thereby enabling the weight of the electric grill to be lighter than the weight of conventional iron grills. |
