The present invention relates to a smart thermoelectric cooling and heating apparatus for an outdoor digital information display (DID). The apparatus comprises: a frame unit for dividing a first space connected to an inner space of the DID, and a second space connected to an outer space of the DID, and mutually blocking the first space and the second space; a thermoelement unit for absorbing or emitting heat energy by receiving electricity; a first heat radiation unit where the thermoelement unit absorbs heat energy of the first space, or emits heat energy to the first space; a second heat radiation unit where the thermoelement unit emits heat energy to the second space, or absorbs heat energy of the second space; a first blower unit for absorbing air inside the DID, and allowing the air to flow into the first space; and a second blower unit for absorbing air in the second space, and allowing the air to flow into the outside of the DID. |
