[Problem] To provide a photocurable composition enabling a resin film that does not exhibit coloring such as yellowing, has superior heat resistance, and is flexible as well as highly strong, to be obtained. Preferably, when the photocurable composition is used as a transparent conductive film, low resistance can be achieved without the occurrence of external defects. [Solution] A photocurable composition for forming a resin film or sheet that contains components (A) - (C) at a specified ratio, and the cured product of which has a glass transition temperature of equal to or greater than 200°C. (A): a mixture configured from an addition reaction product (a1) and an (meth)acrylate (a2), the product (a1) being obtained by a (meth)acrylate that contains one or more hydroxyl groups and two or more (meth)acryloyl groups being subjected to an addition reaction with an aliphatic polyisocyanate that does not contain an alicyclic group, and the (meth)acrylate (a2) not containing a hydroxyl group and containing three or more (meth)acryloyl groups; (B) a compound containing two or more (meth)acryloyl groups; and (C) a photopolymerization initiator having a molecular weight of equal to or greater than 350. |
