The present invention uses a rotor and a wing of a fan-driven and water turbine generator to form a non-gravitational state using characteristics of a magnet wherein the magnets having the same polarities push each other. Moreover, the wing has a spiral shape in order to improve the performance and efficiency when compared with an existing fan-driven and water turbine generator. |
