A yarn coating agent may contain: a water dispersible polyurethane resin which comprises 2-4 wt% of N-methyldiethanolamine and 68-70 wt% of water, and has 25-29 wt% of aliphatic isocyanate polyol and 0.4-1% of triethylamine as a chain extender; a thickener which comprises 26-32 wt% of an alkali copolymer compound, 1-3 wt% of alkali polyoxyethylene sodium sulfate, 0.001-0.2 wt% of potassium sulfate, and water; and distribution water. Coating with the polyurethane resin gives an effect of not using an organic solvent. In addition, the uniformly coated polyurethane resin gives a beautiful effect on the yarn and fabric. |
