The present invention relates to a method for producing a thin film touch screen panel, and more specifically, to a method for producing a thin film touch screen panel comprising the steps of: forming an adhesive layer on a convex part of arcuate ball-like glass; bonding a base material on the adhesive layer; and forming a transparent electrode laminate on the base material, wherein the convex part of glass is straightened by applying heat to the adhesive layer after the forming of the adhesive layer or the bonding of the base material so as to form the transparent electrode laminate on the straightened glass and the base material such that the process of forming the transparent electrode laminate can be carried out more precisely and stably.
