<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a dithienobenzodithiophene derivative affording a high carrier mobility, and allowing easy and efficient film formation of an organic semiconductor layer. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the method for producing the dithienobenzodithiophene derivative including passing through at least following steps (A) to (B): the step (A) is a step of producing a diacyl derivative of a dithienobenzodithiophene by the Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction of the dithienobenzodithiophene with an acyl chloride compound in the presence of aluminum chloride as a catalyst; and the step (B) is a step of subjecting the diacyl derivative of the dithienobenzodithiophene obtained in the step (A) to a reductive reaction, and producing the dithienobenzodithiophene derivative. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
