In terms of saccharification of lignocellulosic biomass, the present invention to a method for producing a lignocellulosic biomass slurry and a method for producing a lignocellulose-based saccharihied liquid by using the lignocellulosic biomass slurry produced by the method. The method for producing a lignocellulosic biomass slurry prevents blocking or plugging of saccharification device by increasing fluidity of the lignocellulosic biomass slurry, used as a raw material for saccharified liquid which enables production of monosaccharide by degrading lignocellulosic biomass with supercritical water. Also the method of the present invention ensures a continuous operation by reducing remnants produced during or after a reaction in the apparatus.
