Disclosed are a primer, ensuring omission of a preprocessing layer, and a method for manufacturing a color steel sheet using the same. According to the present invention, the primer includes a solid and a solvent, wherein the solid comprises: 40-70 wt% of polyolefin, 20-40 wt% of polyurethane, 5-10 wt% of silicon oxide, 1-10 wt% of phosphorus compounds, and 0.5-1 wt% of a defoaming agent. |
