PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin positive electrode structure and a large capacity thin lithium air battery, having a lamination structure composed of a positive electrode material and a positive electrode base material, and capable of efficiently supplying a positive electrode active material made of air or oxygen gas to the positive electrode material even when laminating the positive electrode structure with a separator and a negative electrode structure.SOLUTION: The thin positive electrode structure is formed by joining a plate-like positive electrode base material 81A with positive electrode material 82A1, 82A2 of madreporic body. A thin positive electrode structure 86A arranged so that gaps or holes 15A for passage of gas leading from one side face to an opposite side face are formed on the positive electrode base material 81A or the positive electrode material 82A1, 82A2 is provided. |
