PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conical projecting machine which can prevent excessive cutting of a portion of a spinner particularly of a radio-controlled flying machine, on which a propeller abuts, when positioning the spinner. SOLUTION: When the propeller is mounted on a member centering machine to trace the contour thereof by the tip of an arm 1, an original gauge 12 attached to the arm 2 makes intimate contact with the spinner on a base fixing machine by the action of a sprint, to thereby carry out the positioning. Further, when a main blade mounted on a main blade guide is traced by the tip of the arm 1, the form of a rib can be projected onto a form sheet or a wood member which is set up by sticking the original gauge 12 attached to the arm 2, to a movable projection wall.
