<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit for reducing power loss caused by base current. <P>SOLUTION: A drive circuit 1 supplying a base terminal of a BJT 21 with base current comprises: a base circuit part 30 generating the base current of the BJT21; a drive part 10 supplying the base circuit part 30 with drive voltage for generating the base current, on the basis of control voltage supplied to a control terminal; and a base current control part 50 which detects first base-emitter voltage Vbe generated between the base terminal of the BJT 21 and an emitter terminal of the BJT 21, and supplies the control voltage to the drive part 10 by controlling the control voltage so as to supply the BJT 21 with the base current based on the detected first base-emitter voltage Vbe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
