CHEMICAL CLEANING DEODORIZING APPARATUS USING VENTURI AND MICRO-BUBBLES

The present invention relates to a medicinal liquid washing and deodorizing device using a venturi tube and a micro-bubble liquid. The medicinal liquid washing and deodorizing device comprises: a bubble injecting unit for feeding and passing organic composite bad smells in a venturi tube, injecting an acid/alkali polar foamy micro-bubble liquid through a spray nozzle to a neck part of the venturi tube, and cohering, absorbing/adsorbing, collecting, and dissolving bad smell components in a micro-bubbles having a large area of a surface through temporary friction and collision between bad smell components and micro-bubbles by a difference in pressure and a flow such as a vortex phenomenon in an expansion unit of the venturi tube; a neutralizing reaction unit for destructing and decomposing the bad smell components by chemical polymerization and oxidation while the collected and dissolved bad smell components flow down on a charge container layer formed in the rear end thereof and having a carrier charged therein; and an acidic or alkaline storing tank for separately removing base bad smells or acid bad smells from composite bad smells. Accordingly, an acid/alkali solution is circulated, so bad smell components may be remarkably removed to ensure reproducibility and economical feasibility.
