The present invention relates to an air cleaner. More specifically, the present invention is to supply clean air to indoor spaces of various facilities such as an apartment building, a department store, a hospital, and the like. The air cleaner for sucking indoor or outdoor air through a suction fan installed in an air inlet pipe, primarily filtering the sucked air with an air filter, and supplying the filtered air to the indoor spaces comprises: an air pump installed in an outlet pipe formed on an end portion of the air inlet pipe, and for supplying air; an air cleaner main body installed on an upper portion of an air delivery pipe in which the air pump is installed; a secondary filter unit consisting of a polyester fiber layer and a sand (silica) layer on a lower portion in the air cleaner main body; an underwater motor installed in water which is filled in an upper portion of the secondary filter unit; an injector installed on an upper portion of a discharge pipe of the underwater motor, and for injecting elevated water into a lower portion thereof; and an ultraviolet lamp for sterilizing air purified by precipitating dust included in the air elevated by the air pump in the water of the lower portion by the injector. Accordingly, the air sterilized by the ultraviolet lamp is discharged through the discharge pipe and supplied to the indoor spaces. |
