The present invention relates to a pad for protecting a power cable, and more specifically, to a pad for protecting a power cable which provides a means for fixing and protecting a power cable used on a pier. The pad for protecting a power cable according to the present invention comprises: a body formed in a rectangular cone shape wherein a width of a cross section thereof becomes narrower towards an upper end thereof; a first cable recess formed on an upper portion of the body; and a second cable recess disposed below the first cable recess and provided with an opening part connected to the first cable recess. The pad for protecting a power cable can prevent damage to an insulation sheath of an electric cable to reduce maintenance time and expenses and prevent an electric shock accident. Also, more functions can be added by changing a material of the protection pad or attaching a moving means to a lower end of the pad. |
