PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus configured to stably supply toner from multiple kinds of toner cartridges filled with different amounts of toner, and a program.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes: a replaceable toner cartridge to be filled with toner; a toner supply means for supplying the toner from the toner cartridge to a developing device of the image forming apparatus; and a control means which controls the toner supply means to be driven on the basis of the amount of toner filled in advance in the toner cartridge mounted on the image forming apparatus. When T1 is driving time of the toner supply means, which is driven on the basis of the amount of toner filled in advance in the toner cartridge mounted at the initial installation of the image forming apparatus, and T2 is driving time of the toner supply means, which is driven on the basis of the amount of toner filled in advance in a toner cartridge which is to be mounted when toner empty state is detected in the image forming apparatus, T1>T2 is satisfied. |
