PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium weldment pipe subjected to an irregular pattern capable of improving heat transfer property and surely detecting a surface defect remaining on its surface, and a manufacturing method of the titanium weldment pipe.SOLUTION: A titanium weldment pipe 1 is configured such that end parts of a titanium plate abut on each other to make the titanium weldment pipe into a tubular shape and the abutting end parts are welded. The titanium weldment pipe 1 includes an irregular pattern in which a plurality of convex parts 2 and concave parts 3 are formed on its outer peripheral surface or inner peripheral surface. An average L of the maximum height of the convex parts 2 is within a range of 12 μm≤L≤45 μm.
