<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce axial tilt of a polygon mirror with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: In an optical scanner, a light deflecting device 203 includes a polygon mirror 204a and a substrate 205, and an optical box has attachment seating surfaces 306 to 308 provided with precision seating surfaces 901 and projections 902, which are in contact with the substrate 205. The substrate 205 is provided with holes 900 corresponding to the projections 902 and piercing the substrate 205 and is provided with caps 304 each having a hollow part to be fitted to the projection 902 to be attached to the projection 902 inserted through the hole 900. The caps 304 are fitted to the projections 902 and are brought into contact with a surface of the substrate 205 opposite to the attachment seating surfaces 306 to 308 via the substrate 205, thereby the substrate 205 is fixed to the attachment seating surfaces 306 to 308.</p> |
