Based on examination information indicating an examination execution schedule, the first specification part specifies a function that the medical image diagnostic apparatus uses in the examination. The second specification part specifies a function that can be activated by a power amount that can be supplied from a power source facility, including at least the specified function of the functions of the medical image diagnostic apparatus. The function control part limits the use of the function other than the specified function that can be activated.
