The present invention relates to a silicone release film. The silicone release film of the present invention consists of a release layer, formed with a silicone release agent including an alcohol alkoxylate based surfactant having a molecular end, which is represented by chemical formula 1 and includes epoxy, by an inline coating method, on a polyester base material layer. The silicone release film, formed by the inline coating method, has excellent coating physical properties such as release force and a remaining adhesive rate and, at the same time, provides an excellent coating appearance. The silicone release film can be advantageously used for industrial adhesive tapes for liquid crystal displays, plasma displays, personal mobile information terminals, navigations, organic light emitting diodes, and polymer light emitting diodes, polarizing plates and so on, or for films for various optical purposes.
