This invention provides an organic-semiconductor-film-forming composition that allows the manufacture of an organic semiconductor film that exhibits excellent mobility and low inter-sample mobility variation. Said organic-semiconductor-film-forming composition contains the following: a first organic-semiconductor compound, each molecule of which has a core comprising a fused-ring structure comprising four or more rings, including two or more thiophene rings, and a substituent (X) bound to said core; a second organic-semiconductor compound that has the same core as the first organic-semiconductor compound and satisfies a prescribed requirement; and an organic solvent. |
