[Problem] There is a demand for a nucleic acid delivery composition capable of ensuring the stability of a nucleic acid drug together with achieving a high intracellular introduction rate and efficiently actualizing the function of the nucleic acid drug. There is a particular demand for a nucleic acid delivery composition that can be applied even to short-chain nucleic acid drugs such as siRNA. [Solution] A nucleic acid delivery composition containing a block copolymer (A) linking a polyethylene glycol segment and a polyaspartic acid segment or polyglutamic acid segment provided with a hydrophobic functional group and cationic functional group linked directly or via a linking group to a side-chain carboxy group, and a bifunctional polymer (B) that is a polyaspartic acid derivative or polyglutamic acid derivative having a hydrophobic functional group and cationic functional group linked directly or via a linking group to a side-chain carboxy group.
